Terms of sale and returns
1. General information
Purchases made on our website are governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, which implements the European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
These rules guarantee the consumer the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, subject to specific exceptions indicated below.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 calendar days of receipt of the products.
Withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written communication by e-mail (also PEC), registered letter with return receipt or other suitable means, indicating the desire to withdraw and the references of the order.
An optional withdrawal form is available for the customer to use.
3. Exceptions for Food Products
For hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

packaged and sealed food products that have been opened by the consumer;

customized or custom-made products;

Goods that by their nature are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Therefore, the right of withdrawal only applies to intact and sealed bottles or packages of oil.
4. Return Methods
The customer is required to return the products subject to withdrawal within 14 days from the date of the notice of withdrawal.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Refund
Once we have received the products and checked their integrity, we will refund the amount paid by the customer within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal.
The refund will also include any standard shipping costs incurred for the initial delivery. Additional costs deriving from shipping choices other than the standard one are excluded.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
6. International Sales (outside EU)
For shipments to non-EU countries, the conditions of withdrawal may vary according to the local legislation of the country of destination.
In case of impossibility or limitations in the return of products, we invite non-EU customers to contact our Customer Service to agree on the best solution.
