Shipping charges vary according to the number of products you have ordered and are included in the final price, and the country of destination. We ship world wide with MAIL BOXES ETC. EXAMPLE: cost for shipping 6 bottles of olio DOP in USA is 34,80 euro
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue you a full refund, less shipping and handling after the item(s) are shipped back to us prepaid. Defective items may be returned for exchange only. Purchased items must be returned within 10 days from the invoice date as required by the Italian law (D.Lgs n.185/1999). Restocking charges are applied to all non defective returns.
